Hey there, I'm Summer Davies.

I help burgeoning leaders develop the mindset and tactical skills they need to lead with impact, confidence, empowerment and love what they do.

For over 15 years I have been an award-winning leadership development expert focused on cultivated thriving work environments where people feel equipped, capable, valued, and connected. It has been my privilege to coach, teach, and study leaders around the world and my unique depth and breadth of experience has given me an unending passion for helping managers bring to life the leader they want to be, and LOVE leading.

Leadership development was never my planned path. I grew up in a household that played fast and loose with the poverty line for many years. Through the crazy ride of being young in Boulder, Colorado in the 90’s I found a deep love for horses which changed my life. It was always my intention to work in the horse industry, but life had other plans. Unexpectedly, I fell into a leadership role early in my career. Being completely unqualified for that role, my trial-by-fire ignited a passion for helping others learn to lead skillfully and effectively.

Outside of my work I remain a lifelong equestrian, beekeeper and a sub-par snowboarder. I currently live in Parker, Colorado with my husband and two beautiful daughters. As a family we love to travel and explore local breweries, and we are die hard food truck junkies.
